S7equity (“we”, “us” or “our”) uphold the highest standards when it comes to protecting your personal and financial information. S7equity takes steps intended to meet the privacy principles and requirements with respect to personal information under the applicable Canadian privacy legislation. The purpose of this Policy is to inform you, as a user of our website, regarding how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information both on and off-line. The S7equity website www.S7equity.com (the "Site") is owned by S7equity Inc. ("S7equity" "we," "us," and/or "our"). This Site was developed to provide exclusive investment offering services (the "Services") to accredited investors ("you," "your"). This Privacy Policy sets forth S7equity’s policy with respect to personally identifiable information and data ("Personal Data"), and other information that is collected from Site visitors and users.

• Additionally, S7equity      reserves the right to conduct research on its customer demographics,      interests and behaviour based on the Personal Data and other information      provided to us, to enhance the Service offered to you
• This research, based on      non-identifiable data, may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis,      and may be shared with S7equity affiliates, agents and business partners

• Business Transfers: As      our business grows, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the      event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar      event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets and you will be      notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in      ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you      may have regarding your personal information
• Related Companies:      Your Personal Data may be shared with our subsidiaries and affiliates for      purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy
• Agents, Consultants      and Related Third Parties: S7equity hires other companies to perform      certain business-related functions as needed. Examples of such functions      include mailing information, maintaining databases, verification of ID,      application processing, shipping and fulfillment, payment processing and      transaction completion. When we employ another company to perform a      function of this nature, we only provide them with the minimum information      required for them to perform their specific function. In other words,      these companies are authorized to use your personal information only as      necessary to provide specific services to us.

 Changing Your Personal Data
 

To change your personal information or remove your personal information from the Service please make the desired change in your profile settings page, or email our Customer Support at info@S7equity.com to assist with the correction, updating, amendment or deletion of data. 

Your information will be retained for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you services, and as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
 

Unsubscribing (Opting-out) of Email Campaigns 

When you sign up for our Services, we may send you periodic emails regarding our Services or to inform you of services we believe will be of interest to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails.
